This sloppy joe recipe has been a staple in my family. We love a good sweet but tangy flavor in ours. You will use just a few simple ingredients from your pantry and fridge to make the perfect balance of flavors, and there is very little prep. It's the perfect recipe for a quick lunch or dinner with the family.
You will need:
Lean ground beef
A can of tomato soup
Mustard
Ketchup
Brown sugar
Onion and garlic powder
Salt and pepper
The brown sugar adds that extra touch of sweetness to these sloppy joes, while the mustard adds that fun tangy flavor.
Brown up your meat and then be sure to drain off the extra fat. Then add all your ingredients, mix, and let simmer for a few minutes.
Add to your favorite buns and enjoy!
